Allows users to mount the AXL AVP for the LV-MBAV to any carrier that has Velcro on the front for attaching placards and Velcro overlapping adjustable shoulder straps. Compatible with our TAC, TOW, and E-MBAV carriers.

Covert - Minimal. Tucks away nicely. 
Overt - Field Repairable. Greater range of retention adjustability. 

Elastic retention. Both are adjustable.
