Q: I received an order confirmation but have not received a shipping notification. When will my order ship and when will I received tracking information?

A: Because we are still a small shop, your order is likely being built. We tend to batch items based on color and you will receive tracking information automatically via email once we print the label. 

 

Q: It's been a few weeks, how can I receive a status update on my order?

A: Send an email with your full name, and 5 digit order number to sales@tracertacticalgear.com and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. You can also send us a DM on Instagram for a quicker response... sometimes. 

 

Q: Why do you do pre-orders instead of product drops?

A: So you actually have an opportunity to buy what you want! We do both, but we know how frustrating it is to miss out on a drop or have something taken right out or your cart as you are checking out. Pre-orders are also more efficient for us because we know exactly what we need to build. Yes, lead times will often be longer, but at least you know you secured yours and got what you needed. 

 

Q: Where are Tracer Tactical products made? 

A: All of our gear is made in the USA. We source all of our material from US-based mills and suppliers and assemble it here as well. We are 100% Berry Compliant. 

 

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: It depends. Right now we are very busy with our standard products but it never hurts to ask! Shoot us a DM on Instagram.
