Returns & Refunds
If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, please send an email to email@example.com along with a photo of the discrepancy and we will issue a return label and replace your item once we receive it.
We will accept returns of unused/undamaged products within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. You will need to pay all return shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee. We will not accept returns for discounted or sale items marked down from original retail price.
Refunds and order cancellations will not be issued for pre-order items during production lead times.
