The TOW (Tracer Overt-Warfare) REAR BAG features full MOLLE coverage with a hinged flap for hiding a cummerbund and easy installation/management. The flap has two hook patches inside for locking Velcro cummerbunds in place and tabs in the bottom corners for lashing items. The double tail design keeps the plate covered with the 500D while using the top layer of B52 also wrap around and hold the plate.
What makes the TIC/TAC/TOW different? The design and construction of the bags. The entire front, including the wings and straps is one solid piece of Squadron/B52. This accomplishes 5 things:
1. - Conceals the edges of the plate better (for covert use).
2. - Makes it extremely strong and eliminates the risk of shoulder blowouts (versus having a strap that is sewn on or into the bag.
3. - Takes pressure off the collar bones.
4. - Allows us to build in the features like the wings and keeps production costs down (so we can keep the price competitive).
5. - Makes the front of the bags more attractive and more durable.
*The TOW Rear Bag is the only bag in the TIC/TAC/TOW collection that does not have built in wings and is not compatible with the TIC Cummerbund. Accessories sold separately.
