Hybrid Adapter Cummerbunds attach to the back Velcro panel of the rear Rig Plate Bag. Shoulder straps connect into the QASM buckles and connect to the chest rig or placard on the front Rig Plate Bag. Secures straps to plate bags so they do not move when taking the RPBs on/off.
